When you successfully find customers who are willing to buy your product, you begin to gain customer validation. The biggest priority is finding the Product-Market fit. Product-Market fit is when you find enough customers to pay for your product, justifying the effort of creating it. In this stage the team’s key objective is to get early customer validation, obtain feedback from these early customers, so as to further improve your product and offering.
